We process all types of steel materials including micro-alloyed steel, and use these to make products weighing between 0.1 and 30 kg. We use modern sawmills and scissors for accurate and efficient material separation. We also have access to state-of-the-art technology for pass-through lines with fully automated operation. Forging itself is secured on twelve production lines equipped with forging presses.
Metals are precisely trimmed with our automatic Trimming Press Machines. Our cutting machines are equipped with Electrical Auto Inching Systems which reduces the wastage of raw material at minimum.
Our design and programming systems enable us to create the forge drawing, translate it into a 3D model and communicate that data directly to our 3-axis VMC die cutting machines. Our in-house die machining produces tooling to the highest accuracy and finish, and provides a fast turn around for sinking of dies.
Our machines range in size from 1 Ton to 3.5 Ton hammer giving us the capability of producing forgings up to 60Kg. Our machining facilities include Short Blasting & Sand Blasting machines.
